  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience providing in-service training and/or technical assistance.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with high-level tribal, state, and regional agencies. Coordinate outreach and/or exhibiting to stakeholders and community providers. Increase knowledge about evidence-based practices to address opioid and stimulant use disorders and opportunities to engage in leadership development within tribal communities.
  • Coordinate and oversee technical assistance teams working with tribal communities and Tribal Opioid Response (TOR) grantees. Oversee communication channels among technical assistance providers, and ensure proper staffing of tribal technical assistance teams.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Opioid Response Network (ORN) training and technical assistance protocols that involve coordination with tribal, state, and national partners. Coordinate appropriate triaging of Opioid Response Network (ORN) resources.
  • Coordinate project activities, data management, and outcome evaluation. Oversee project operations including regular attendance at project meetings.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's Degree with at least 3 years of experience providing in-service training and/or technical assistance treatment and recovery services field.
  • Experience in project management of complex, multi-tasked projects.
  • Experience working with or within tribal communities, particularly around behavioral health.
  • Experience in and knowledge of best practices for treatment of stimulant use.
  • Familiarity with federal policies related to behavioral health and substance use.
