Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree, design and advertising emphasis preferred.
  • 1-2 years' experience in an agency setting.
  • Background in design or motion graphics that allows you to create visuals for your content, or background in photography that helps make your video have a polished look.
Responsibilities
  • Concept, shoot, edit, and maybe appear in or provide VO in TikTok's/Reels/YouTube Shorts for various brands.
  • Apply consistency and continuity of brand across a variety of deliverables in the design and layout of various client projects.
  • Have technical ability that allows you to operate a slim production using lights, editing software, and whatever else you need to create engaging content.
  • Brainstorm and collaborate with a social team that includes: social strategy, creatives, producers, all of whom are snarky, funny, and simply very fun to be around.
  • Be the owner of 'concept decks' (some working knowledge of PowerPoint) that helps sell your ideas—this could include script writing, creating rough storyboards, assembling mood boards.
  • Stay plugged into social media trends and know how to adapt brand voice to fit each platform authentically.
