Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience across distribution, warehousing or supply chain operations, ideally in a multi-site environment.
  • Proven success leading change, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, operational performance and cost efficiency.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution, logistics, inventory management and supply chain best practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring and leadership.
  • Ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
  • Commitment to safety and a visible, hands-on leadership approach.
  • Ability to travel regularly across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement across multiple distribution sites.
  • Own regional distribution performance, ensuring service, productivity, inventory and cost targets are achieved.
  • Drive operational excellence, process improvements and network optimisation projects across the Southern Region.
  • Lead transformation programs covering site performance improvement, capability development and systems optimisation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, customer service and supply chain performance.
  • Partner with Supply Chain Leadership on regional distribution strategy and future network design.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators including DIFOT, inventory accuracy, safety, productivity and cost performance.
  • Lead, coach and mentor Distribution Centre leaders and operational teams to build capability and succession pipelines.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, procurement, customer service and sales teams to deliver integrated supply chain outcomes.
  • Manage regional budgets, labour resources, third-party providers and operational expenditure.
  • Travel regularly between sites to provide visible leadership and support operational excellence initiatives.
