Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy, structure, and leadership of the Technical Program Management organization across multiple business and product areas
  • Lead the delivery of enterprise-wide programs with cross-functional scope, including architecture modernization, product launches, infrastructure scale, and compliance
  • Drive standardization of program frameworks, governance, metrics, and tools to ensure consistent and scalable execution
  • Partner with senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Security, and Business Operations to align priorities and drive accountability
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of TPMs, supporting their development and execution capacity
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership, driving visibility and stakeholder alignment
  • Champion continuous improvement, agility, and innovation in program delivery
  • Oversees the execution of highly complex, cross-functional technical programs with strategic business impact
  • Operates with full independence; accountable for TPM function vision, performance, and alignment with company goals
  • Enterprise-level expert in technical delivery, program governance, and stakeholder leadership; sets operational standards for program success
