Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or other STEM related field at an accredited college or university with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2027
  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following your co-op with Sanofi.
  • Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op
  • Must have permanent US work authorization
  • Motivated and collaborative self-starter with an interest in project management, digital technologies, and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and/or contribute to multiple projects
  • Understanding of, and interest in, digital and emerging technologies
  • Experience with data analytics and metrics-driven storytelling
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in teams and collaborate across functions
  • Excellent research and writing skills

Responsibilities
  • Provide project management support across a broad, global portfolio of initiatives including but not limited to:
  • Deployment of Workplace Experience app and ongoing adoption initiatives
  • Expansion of occupancy and air quality sensor solution
  • Expansion of R&D RFID tagging solution
  • Participate in testing of new technologies as well as enhancements to existing solutions
  • Support implementation of Smart Building Program in Cambridge, MA and Paris, France
  • Develop Proof of Concept for using emerging technologies such as AI in predictive analytics in the areas of maintenance, space planning, and car fleet management
  • Provide support for meetings, presentations, project updates
