Requirements
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, with proven expertise in sales incentive and contest software functionality.
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS delivery models, with the ability to develop strategic plans from high-level direction.
  • Expertise in analyzing product data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to communicate product vision and decisions across geographically distributed teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade peers and leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Own and define the product roadmap, ensuring our software meets high-value strategic applications for customers and unlocks new revenue streams.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs, using this knowledge to prioritize product investments and guide strategic decisions.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, analytics, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  • Break down initiatives into epics and user stories, maintaining a clear focus on delivering business value and supporting the delivery team throughout each sprint.
  • Regularly update key stakeholders on product status, scope changes, and risks, incorporating feedback to refine product strategy.
