  • Proven track record for delivering cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience delivering technical programs, with a preference for experience in networking, storage and compute virtualization infrastructure
  • Experience working in both Agile (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and waterfall-based environments
  • Certifications preferred in Scrum, Agile, and/or Scaled Agile Framework
  • Comfort with a remote-first way of working and culture
Responsibilities
  • Drive value delivery for major technical programs and initiatives including prioritization, planning, risk management, execution, and measurement of success
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leads and leaders throughout the life of the program/initiative on value delivery and process/practice improvements
  • Build relationships within and across teams and orgs to lead stakeholders toward a common goal
  • Drive decision-making across multiple teams/orgs and stakeholders, spanning multiple locations
  • Effectively communicate to ensure program/initiative requirements, timelines, objectives, and expectations are understood and supported by internal and external stakeholders
  • Aid in resolving impediments, conflicts, demands, and priorities for their team, across teams, and orgs
  • Proactively manage changes in scope and priority shifts
  • Drive continuous improvement across teams and orgs and develop effective, scalable, and sustainable ways of working
  • Evangelize technical project & program management best practices within their team and across partner teams and orgs
