  • Manage the relationship of current Granicus customers
  • Develop and execute a new business/prospecting plan for the territory
  • Target, call, and engage prospects
  • Work with prospects through the sales cycle
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Qualify client needs and align the value of the solution
  • Collaborate with the extended sales team on opportunities
  • Log all sales activities and client contacts in Salesforce
