Requirements
  • Has 3+ years of successful Sales or SDR experience, ideally in the software industry
  • Has 1+ year in a sales management role, ideally within a fast growing environment
  • Has experience with SaaS product and business models
  • Has strong communication skills (both oral & written)
  • Has lots of energy and ambition to go far in your career Is a real team player and wants to be part of our success story

Responsibilities
  • You will be the CEO of your team: responsible for your own targets
  • Working to ensure that your team is highly engaged and are working well together
  • Understand where each team member can improve and create concrete actions plans with them
  • Recruit and onboard new sales members to your team
  • Define sales strategies and internal processes to accelerate PayFit UK's customer growth
  • Define weekly and quarterly objectives that enable the team to achieve PayFit UK's long term goals
  • You'll work closely with the other SDR & Sales Managers to improve communication between teams and to create and improve processes
  • You'll work with both Sales Ops and Sales Enablement teams to implement training tools & techniques
