  • Proactive Sales Execution: Operate as a self-motivated and results-driven sales professional, consistently taking initiative to identify new business opportunities and exceed performance targets.
  • Drive Market Growth: Execute high-impact sales strategies that contribute to Pen Manufacturing’s market expansion and long-term growth—especially in sectors aligned with our core capabilities like precision sheet metal and CNC assemblies.
  • Customer Development & Deal Closing: Build meaningful relationships with key decision-makers, manage your sales pipeline with discipline, and close high-value deals that move the needle.
  • Own the Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to quoting and close—with precision, persistence, and professionalism.
  • Data-Driven Performance: Leverage CRM tools and data insights to track progress, identify trends, and refine your outreach approach for greater conversion.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are aligned with Pen Manufacturing’s capabilities and deliverables
