  • Be the primary recruiting client contact to the Fulfillment Center Management team to develop, facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify efficient and effective recruitment methods and strategies to drive and facilitate the full interview process, which includes timeliness of the search, interview coaching, advisory and training to interview team
  • Project manage each search making sure that all parties are in sync throughout the recruiting workflow, this includes managing third parties and sourcing support, and internal resources such as scheduling
  • Source candidates independently and leverage your network of industry contacts to build a pipeline of candidates
  • Be agile in your approach, and relentless in your search for high caliber talent
  • Build relationships both internally and externally with hiring managers, partners, vendors and platforms to ensure the employer brand experience is consistent and kept to a high standard
  • Participate in any other People Team endeavors to support the department and company as needed
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is required, experience with Greenhouse is a plus
