Requirements
  • At least 7 years of progressive finance, consulting, healthcare, or other aligned experience
  • At least 3 years of overseeing and executing multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities
  • Driving consistency in how teams manage productivity/initiatives
  • Develop regular reporting and presentations to understand trends of actual G&A spend and accuracy of forecasts and budgets to better understand emerging Risk and Opportunities to our business
  • Establish financial planning and analysis processes and tools, ensuring transparency and accuracy in alignment against enterprise initiatives, (e.g., IT/digital investment, strategic priority investments and member experience, competitive cost positions and overall productivity)
  • Collaborate across the organization on initiatives to drive businesses towards improvement based on actionable analytics, e.g., benchmarking, workforce trends, etc.
  • Effectively leverage technology to streamline and automate reporting activities and/or provide insight into financial drivers.
