You are:
A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. And you’re up for traveling to client sites whenever required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Talent Management, and Learning.
Facilitate and lead client demonstrations and workshops to showcase solutions, gather requirements, and drive engagement.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Talent Review, Goals, Performance, Learning Management, and Compensation.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver innovative solutions.
Provide production support and troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
Participate in release management, system upgrades, and patch testing.
Work with Oracle support for SRs and enhancement requests.
Support integrations with third-party applications (e.g., payroll, benefits, recruiting tools).
Here’s What You Need:
Atleast 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Talent Management, Learning, and Compensation.
Proven experience in full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Ability to configure HCM modules without heavy reliance on technical teams.
Experience in designing and executing test cases.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Oracle HCM Cloud certification
Experience with Oracle Compensation is a big asset
Familiarity with Oracle HCM reporting tools like OTBI and BI Publisher
Knowledge of HR data privacy and compliance standards
Project management or Agile methodology experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
