Responsibilities
  • Develop content and resources for revenue teams
  • Support go-to-market enablement programs
  • Work cross-functionally to provide sales and customer success teams with necessary resources
  • Liaise with reps to understand field reality and create sales enablement resources
  • Identify resource gaps and prioritize asset development
  • Optimize resources to align with sales stage and customer profiles
  • Evaluate business impact and track usage of customer-ready content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support on-time delivery of Quarterly Enablement programs
  • Define success metrics and reporting frameworks
  • Interpret reporting and analytics on enablement programs
  • Provide guidance to other teams on communication strategies
