The Integrated Producer will work closely with all BU partners to produce projects that are defined, created, and launched in the most effective and business focused way. The integrated producer will coordinate project intake, triage, execution and launch activities. Types of projects that the Producer is involved with include large product campaigns, integrated cross channel campaigns, video, email / CRM programs, digital partnership activation and multimedia events & installations and oversee multiple print projects simultaneously.
 

Efficiently organize multiple, high-profile projects and deliver exceptional results through setting priorities, providing resources, meeting deadlines, problem-solving, and adhering to specified budget guidelines.

Manage project specifications, identify resources, and determine schedules for an average of two hundred projects over the course of a year.

Oversee the development and maintain the workflow project management system.

Coordinate between Creative Services, Marketing Communications project managers and senior leadership to communicate critical status updates in time sensitive environment.

The Insurance Marketing Team, of which the Integrated Producer is a key part, is responsible for the strategy and execution of product launches, B2B relationships, sales enablement, Vitality member engagement, and producer and policyholder communications. This team is an integral part of our comprehensive marketing organization, which includes brand, human-centered design, digital, analytics, and integrated production. Together, these teams collaborate closely to craft our marketing narrative, deliver connected customer experiences, and demonstrate the business value of marketing.   

Responsibilities:

Team with partners and internal stakeholders on defining business strategy

• Shaping the work in partnership with the partners, marketing, creative and technology.
• Seeing to it that requirements are gathered, kept prioritized and managed to completion w/in the project/product solution.
• Ability to triage tasks, determine if there are better ways to service or support

Manage outcomes by

• Being creative and flexible when it comes to developing and applying the right process/methodology.
• Collaborates with team on complex projects and begins integrated program management.
• Problem solves project issues and complex issues; assists team is resolution.
• Having responsibility for identifying and resolving project risks / issues; communicating as appropriate. Effectively escalates and handles risk.

Offer project and team leadership by

• Collaborating across disciplines to drive problem solving and design solutions (creative, UX, technology, strategy, analytics, planning); enables the idea and is always in service of it.
• Expertly framing projects by asking all the right questions about staff, technology and vendors, and offer alternatives and innovation to the approach.
• Being invested in creating high quality/innovative/high business value work
• Developing Project Management artifacts to ensure success for each project (ex: schedules, cost estimates)
• Identifying project dependencies; knowing the critical path
• Able to produce top‐down or bottom‐up scope, project schedules, and risk & change management plans, utilizing appropriate tools
• Directly contributes to proper training and onboarding processes for new team members.

Provide industry knowledge to best define and deliver programs:

• Knowing design and technology trends, how to implement them and when.
• Knowing what industry competitors are doing.

Print production/fulfillment

• Management of all print request with external vendor(s)
• Vendor relationship management
• Management of inventory
• Manage research and custom orders for promotional products

Management of JH Merch Market Online Promotional Products Store

• Ensure store is up to date with inventory and in season items
• Manage custom orders and function as main point of contact for US Segment

Essential Shared Responsibilities:

• Shares best practices with other team members, thus ensuring consistency across BUs and channels
• Aids Director and other team members on projects or during vacations
• Establish open and collaborative relationships with all team members and across the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Having previous print and direct marketing experience a plus
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field of study a plus
• 5+ combined years in marketing or communications
• Possessing the depth of knowledge to understand the impact of creative decision
• Clear, Confident Communication (written, verbal, presentation)
• Demonstrates good judgment during issue identification and escalation process
• Relationship management and project management experience required
• Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills

Salary range is expected to be between

$68,475.00 USD - $114,125.00 USD
