IBM Planning Analytics Support Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IBM TM1 Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM Planning Analytics and be capable of managing support incidents, delivering enhancements, and contributing to release management processes. Experience with PrecisionView is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide day-to-day support for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), including Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), TM1 Web, and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents in a timely manner.
• Deliver system enhancements and ensure smooth implementation.
• Participate in release management activities, including planning, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation related to support processes and enhancement delivery.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
• Proficiency in PAW, TM1 Web, and PAfE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with incident resolution and enhancement delivery.
• Familiarity with release management practices.
