Responsibilities
  • Conducting desk and phone research to determine potential topics and speakers for our existing and new events
  • Writing copy for event agendas and helping to recruit speakers
  • Writing marketing copy for websites, sponsor marketing packs, emails, social media and other channels
  • Assisting with creating social media cards and other digital marketing assets
  • Managing website updates for content and marketing elements
  • Helping with event delivery on the day (on backend if digital, or at in-person events), including but not limited to, support at registration desk, liaising with VIP speakers, FT journalists and delegates, producing event highlights for the social media team, managing the Q&A sessions, and working with the videographer and photographer
