Accor Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) – Astore, is Accor’s fast-growing and innovative Procurement department, revolutionizing the hospitality sector by offering responsible products and services necessary to ensure the proper functioning of all hospitality businesses.
Collaborating with ~4500 suppliers across the world, Accor GPO – Astore is covering most of hospitality needs. A team of ~260 experts serving ~8,000 customers in 30 countries sources, negotiates, and promotes sustainable & competitive offers.
Accor GPO – Astore’s organization is global (with Holding teams and Luxury & Lifestyle teams) and local (with Premium / Midscale / Economy teams based in 4 Hubs: Europe North Africa, Middle East Asia Pacific, Americas, Greater China).
The Holding organization has several poles: Global Category Management, Procurement Digital Factory and Sustainability, Strategy & Finance.

Job description
Reporting to the Procurement Sustainability, Strategy and Communication Vice President in the Sustainability, Strategy & Finance team, the Procurement Sustainability Director will be responsible for leading the Procurement Sustainability roadmap and driving the execution of initiatives related to “sustainable operations” and “sustainability operating model” across the global procurement function. The role includes, strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, roadmap design and monitoring and project management to accelerate the integration of sustainability into all procurement activities.
- Coordinate the Procurement Sustainability Network Across Regions
- Lead and Animate governance with regional Procurement Sustainability SPOCs (1 per region/hub: NCA, ENA, MEAPAC, Greater China, Global Category Management, Digital).
- Manage Governance and Relationships with Accor Sustainability Team
- Organize and lead governance with Sustainability Central Team
- Serve as a key point of contact for Sustainability Central team, ensuring coordination and transparency of actions.
- Build and Oversee the Execution of the Procurement Sustainability Roadmap
- Design the Procurement Sustainability annual roadmap, in close collaboration with key stakeholders across Procurement and Group Sustainability.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and commitment to sustainability priorities and clear Roadmap communication
- Monitor and drive progress of roadmap deployment across regions and procurement categories.
- Manage KPIs, dashboards, and internal communication (both within Procurement and with the broader Accor organization).
- Ensure accountability and performance follow-up through structured reporting and governance rituals.
- Lead two streams:
- “Sustainable operations”: coordination of projects related to Accor Sustainability commitments impacting hotels’ day-to-day operations (plastic, eco-certifications, sustainable F&B, water reduction, etc.)
- “Sustainability operating model”: transversal topics “tools & performance”, “internal change”, “offer promotion” to be coordinated and accelerated at Procurement level

Qualifications
- Academic background: Master / MBA
- Minimum 8-year experience in Consulting, Sustainability, Project Management and/or Procurement/ Experience in matrix and international environments is a plus
- Strategic & analytical thinking: ability to design and structure complex roadmaps across regions
- Stakeholder engagement & influence: proven ability to align diverse stakeholders around common sustainability goals, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sustainability expertise: Proven experience in sustainable procurement, with several years managing ESG-related initiatives.
- Project & change management: experience leading transversal topics across functions and geographies, skilled in structuring governance, reporting, and continuous improvement loops, agile mindset and ability to adapt in fast-evolving environments
- Leadership & team management: experience in managing and developing diverse, international teams, ability to create engagement, set direction, and ensure performance follow-up
- Language & communication: fluent in English and French (written & spoken), clear, impactful communication style – including for senior leadership and external stakeholders
