- Enter order tickets, customer order forms, and customer payments daily.
- Unpack received shipments daily.
- Prepare and steam garments as necessary for delivery and place them on the proper Sales Professional rack.
- Process returns, remakes, and alterations.
- Prepare all clothing for delivery by the Sales Professional.
- Pick up and deliver client items as needed.
- Enter alteration instructions into the proprietary system.
- Deliver and pick up garments to and from outside contract tailors.
- Compile the Alteration Expense Summary for in-house tailors and send it to Accounting.
- Answer incoming phone calls and give messages to the Sales Professional.
- Check store email daily and provide all information to the appropriate person.
- Make bank deposits and run errands.
- Make follow-up calls to factories, customers, and the corporate office.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
