Requirements
  • Own car and access to a car each day.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience leading a team and managing staff.
  • Passion for childcare.
  • At least two written references.
  • At least two years of childcare experience.
  • At least two years of management experience.
  • A required driver's license.
Responsibilities
  • Provide support and operational oversight for a growing number of Sherpa Kids afterschool services.
  • Maintain excellence in safeguarding, compliance, quality assurance, programme delivery, workforce development, and operational practice.
  • Conduct regular site visits, coaching, supervision, and auditing to ensure children receive safe, enriching, and engaging experiences while supporting staff to perform confidently and effectively.
  • Maintain a highly visible presence within services.
  • Identify risks, maintain standards, and drive continuous improvement.
