Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a quantitative discipline, or equivalent work experience in Financial Services.
  • Excellent written, facilitation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and seek answers when help is needed.
  • Ability to manage change and ambiguity in a rapidly evolving financial environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage audit, compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management requirements for Credit Risk and Banking Operations.
  • Maintain and improve the overall control system and retain evidence of those controls.
  • Consult with internal stakeholders and external auditors as required.
  • Deliver accurate, timely reports on portfolio performance and risk-monitoring processes.
  • Coordinate updates of Operating Directives and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Provide operational support to Credit Risk in TSYS, New Account Processing, Credit Bureau Accessing/Reporting, and Bankcard Account Management.
  • Monitor profile approvals for Credit Risk systems and data access.
  • Provide disaster recovery and business continuity support.

  • Knowledge of the TSYS system and its capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Bank Operating Directives.
