Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain documentation about specific systems, network configurations, policies, and procedures, storing them in a centralized repository for reference.
  • Work with Systems Architects and other engineers to optimize network design and implement best practices for scalability and reliability.
  • Perform necessary upgrades and maintenance, following industry best practices where applicable.
  • Assist other teams within Technology through cross-training and administrative tools.
  • Work with Systems Administrators to ensure that support tickets are completed in a timely manner.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure, efficient, and reliable IT environment.
  • Design, configure, and maintain wired and wireless network infrastructure for high availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot network performance issues using tools like Wireshark.
  • Implement network security best practices, including VLAN segmentation and access control lists (ACLs).
  • Manage and optimize cloud and on-premises networking.
  • Perform network upgrades, patching, and maintenance while minimizing downtime.
  • Lead network capacity planning and performance optimization to support business growth.

About 1-in-3 prospective homebuyers (32%) are using AI tools as part of their homebuying journey, according to a survey released today by Veterans United Home Loans, the nation's largest VA lender.The nationwide survey of nearly 900 prospective buyers found that searching for and virtually touring homes are the two most common uses of AI.The survey also revealed that 40% of prospective buyers interact with AI once a day or more.
