Requirements
  • 5+ plus years of relevant experience in Sales Finance/FP&A at a high-growth company (healthcare is a plus), investment banking, or investing
  • Advanced excel modeling abilities
  • Can articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of presenting complex financial information in an easy-to-understand format
  • Collaboratively-focused, able to maintain a positive personality and work well with others in a fast-paced and ever-changing business
  • Ability to think creatively; self-driven and motivated. The highest standards of integrity and transparency; highly organized
  • Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of go-to-market and G&A financial planning, including budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and financial reporting to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Serve as a member of our SG&A leadership team and act as a strategic business partner to the CCO, COO, CMO, CFO, CHRO, and General Counsel
  • Develop and administer commissions plans that drive profitable growth for the organization
  • Review new and existing vendor agreements and software usage to call out to leadership areas to negotiate before the signing of the agreement or renewal
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management and board reporting
  • Assist with some pricing desk requests with unit economic pricing analysis
