Requirements
  • Prior experience in subsidiary management matters (including corporate governance)
  • Past experience in managing a small team is desirable
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle a high workload
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently with minimal mentorship
  • High level of written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be open-minded and willing to accept new challenges
  • Be a systemic thinker with proven abilities for process improvement and simplification
  • Proficiency in Diligent Systems, Global Entity Management System (GEMS) or other entity management software
Responsibilities
  • Dealing with group companies' incorporations, dissolutions, capitalisations, board compositions, intra-group transactions, statutory and ad-hoc filings
  • Ongoing subsidiary maintenance and compliance matters
  • Internal restructuring projects
  • Collaborating closely with external counsel and internal business and legal partners
  • Growing and cultivating a high performance culture within the team
  • Draft and review a variety of legal documents (corporate resolutions and minutes of board / committee meetings, etc.)
