It collects and analyzes information from multiple data sources to help agencies understand police operations, performance, and community interactions. The product delivers real-time dashboards, customizable reports, and predictive analytics to support decision-making, training, and resource planning. It also tracks metrics for transparency, accountability, and compliance, including use-of-force incidents, citizen complaints, and officer wellness indicators, and includes modules for risk management and early intervention. Ultimately, its goal is to support data-driven policing that improves public safety, agency performance, and community trust by making policing practices more proactive, measurable, and equitable.
