Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Experience performing functional validation of product features in testing and production environments
  • Ongoing deep knowledge and documentation of customer and user experience journeys
  • Experience researching new and emerging technologies and use cases in the industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Experience creating Figma wireframes that meet the system requirements
Responsibilities
  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
  • Collaborate with the CTPO (Corporate Third Party Oversight) to identify new product opportunities that meet customer and market needs through user research and discovery
  • Consider and plan for the upstream and downstream effects of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insights into potential product features that add value to customers
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, including work to time, cost, and quality targets throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Manage existing product features and vendor relationships to maintain and advocate for the protection of customers' digital data
  • Author clear requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.

  • Comfort navigating a large organization and partnering with diverse stakeholders
  • Passionate about staying up-to-date with evolving technology
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering
