Responsibilities
  • Partner with key stakeholders on end-to-end financial management by establishing business cases, monitoring trends, explaining variances, and identifying key drivers and sensitivities affecting infrastructure portfolio outcomes, including tokens, graphics processing units, and core applications.
  • Establish token consumption measurement and attribution by product, application, model, environment, and use case, including standardized definitions and cost modeling for billable tokens.
  • Build a forecasting framework for token and graphics processing unit infrastructure usage that produces monthly and quarterly demand projections using driver-based assumptions.
  • Partner with technology leaders to translate business priorities into measurable outcomes and analytics-backed decisions.
  • Build scalable analytics and self-service reporting, including dashboards and standardized scorecards for leadership and stakeholder consumption.
  • Drive data structuring and governance for infrastructure and define data model requirements supporting senior-level reviews and approvals.
  • Develop forecasting and capacity models for compute, storage, network demand, staffing capacity, and run-versus-change mix to inform investment decisions and planning cycles.
  • Own the Infrastructure Analytics strategy and roadmap, including key performance indicator frameworks, investment decisions, operating metrics, and executive reporting.
  • Establish a robust control environment for metric definitions and reporting processes to ensure consistency, auditability, and trust in results.
  • Deliver executive-ready materials emphasizing clarity, data visualization, and narrative storytelling for senior management forums and business reviews.
