Responsibilities
  • Learn ServiceNow workflow training, sales and product demonstration instruction, and education in information technology
  • Partner with ServiceNow community and the SC Sales team to understand our technology solutions and transition support into sales
  • Deliver and demonstrate technology solutions to address challenges
  • Answer product features and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues
  • Utilize tools and education through mentorship and hands on training to be successful in pre-sales and share best practices
