Requirements
  • Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that includes records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; OR An associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Zoom, etc.).
  • A professional demeanor and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interpreting and applying laws, rules and policies when making decisions.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Management Team by efficiently managing and prioritizing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Draft and edit business documents including emails, memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications; ensure timely, professional responses and redirection as needed.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and handle confidential information with discretion.
