Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine the product enablement strategy to support all phases of the customer lifecycle, from onboarding through to advocacy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Technology, to integrate enablement strategies with overall business objectives
  • Create a competency framework for customers and partners to facilitate continuous improvement
  • Lead the adoption and implementation of new customer engagement technologies and methodologies, including interactive AI training processes
  • Work cross-functionally to surface and drive accountability of badge and certification programs
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive suite of ecosystem resources, including on-demand training, live workshops, master classes, and related advanced certification programs
  • Implement and manage customer engagement platforms and tools that facilitate effective communication and problem-solving capabilities
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of enablement and compliance programs through metrics-driven outcomes and feedback
  • Manage and build a high-performing customer enablement team, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and personal career goals

Celigo launches Ora, natural language interface enabling teams to build enterprise automation without IT specialists

Celigo has launched Celigo Ora, a natural language interface that enables teams to build and manage enterprise automation without specialist expertise. The platform, powered by specialised AI agents, allows users to design integrations, troubleshoot errors and manage operations through conversational prompts whilst maintaining governance and auditability. The company also introduced Agent Builder, a low-code environment for creating AI-driven automations across systems, and a model context protocol server for secure AI connectivity. MIT Technology Review research found that 90% of organisations with successful AI workflows use integration platforms, whilst only 1% without unified strategies have scaled AI beyond single departments. Ora is available in beta, whilst Agent Builder and the MCP Server are generally available. Celigo is ranked number one in iPaaS by G2.
