Responsibilities

• Create original and humorous memes that align with industry trends and our brand’s voice.
• Stay updated with current trends and viral topics to produce timely and relevant content.
• Understand Dora team’s products, services, and developments to effectively incorporate them into meme content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop meme strategies that increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Use your artistic skills to develop visually appealing memes that resonate with our target audience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in meme creation or a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Solid understanding of internet culture and meme formats.
• Familiarity with the blockchain industry and Dora team’s business operations.
• Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines.
• A sense of humor and a passion for creating engaging content.

Interview Process

• Recruiter Call: A brief 15-30 minute discussion to go over your background and the role.
• Test: You may be required to complete an online test or a take-home assignment to assess your skills relevant to the position.
• Team Interview: A more in-depth session lasting 45-60 minutes with the team you’ll be working with, focusing on your technical skills and team fit.
• Final Interview: A concluding interview of approximately 45 minutes that may involve higher-level management or final decision-makers.
All interviews will be conducted via Zoom or Google Meeting, accommodating a fully remote recruitment process to best suit candidates globally.
