Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Experience working in materials distribution or logistics is required.
  • A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in Materials Distribution is required, including at least 1 year in hospital materials distribution, inventory management, or logistics.
  • Specialized expertise in Materials Distribution and/or Logistics processes, methods, and skills related to inventory management and communication is required.
  • Good interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • The ability to prioritize work, strong organizational skills, and initiative to improve processes are required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage customer calls and emails by recording the call and issue, using available means to resolve or escalate issues, and providing feedback to the customer when issues are resolved.
  • Escalate calls in accordance with department procedures.
  • Work with supervisors and analysts to ensure processes are clearly defined and issues are prioritized and resolved.
  • Assist supervisors and analysts with optimizing the people, processes, and technology solutions that support inventory solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Experience working in healthcare is desired.
