Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Own the global alliance as a business, including its vision, strategy, and multi-year growth plan aligned with Adobe’s corporate priorities.
  • Define and drive the joint investment strategy across industries, geographies, and solution areas.
  • Identify, incubate, and scale new revenue streams, business models, and innovation opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end revenue accountability for partner-influenced pipeline, bookings, and long-term growth targets.
  • Architect and scale global co-sell motions, including alignment with hyperscalers and ecosystem partners.
  • Personally engage in strategic deal shaping, executive sponsorship, and closing high-impact opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary executive relationship owner with the partner at the C-suite level.
  • Align partner executives with Adobe’s senior leadership around shared priorities, investments, and accountability.
  • Represent the alliance through industry events, thought leadership, and executive forums.
  • Lead the development and global go-to-market execution of differentiated joint offerings.
  • Champion Adobe’s cross-cloud strategy within the partner ecosystem.
  • Position the alliance as a market leader through co-innovation, intellectual property development, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Establish and adhere to a governance model including executive steering committees, quarterly business reviews, and performance management frameworks.
  • Own and drive a balanced scorecard covering pipeline, bookings, partner practice growth, and customer success metrics.
  • Ensure operational consistency across regions while enabling local market agility.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing globally distributed team of direct and matrixed employees supporting the alliance.
  • Align Adobe field sales and partner teams to maximize market coverage and impact.
  • Build scalable engagement models that increase leverage, efficiency, and speed of execution.

BofA backs Oracle with 51% upside over Adobe as AI demand drives contrasting growth paths

Adobe acquires Indian marketing intelligence startup Rilo for team and tech

Adobe has acquired Rilo, an India-based marketing intelligence startup, in a deal involving licensing and team acquisition. The companies did not disclose financial terms. Founded in 2025 by IIT graduates Georgi Boby and Dhruv Jaglan, Rilo raised $1 million from investors including PeakXV, DeVC, and Day Zero Ventures at a $10 million valuation. Adobe will integrate some of Rilo's intellectual property along with its six-member team. Rilo focused on automating marketing workflows, allowing go-to-market teams to create custom workflows for competitor intelligence, content repurposing, and sales call analysis. The startup will shut down post-acquisition. This marks Adobe's second Indian acquisition after purchasing video platform Rephrase.ai in 2023. Last year, Adobe also acquired SEO company Semrush for $1.9 billion.
