As the Global Head of Social Media, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to develop and implement a global social media strategy that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, conversion and new followers; and contributes to revenue generation for Trustpilot. Reporting to the Vice President of Product and Audience Marketing, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and regional teams to create and deliver impactful campaigns. Your mission is to establish a world-class, always-on social media engine that captivates and resonates with both consumer and business audiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of channels including social platforms such as Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging mediums. Your expertise will guide the development of playbooks aimed at enhancing growth, engagement, and alignment with Trustpilot’s mission, vision, and value propositions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our social media footprint, ensuring our presence is strong and consistent across all major platforms.
