Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in channel, partner, demand generation, or field marketing
  • Experience planning and executing partner or customer-facing events
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Asana, Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation tools
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate performance data into insights and actionable recommendations

  • Self-starter who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience in SaaS, information technology, or technology markets preferred

Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and execute logistics for partner events, trade shows, roadshows, sponsorships, and webinars in the eastern region
  • Coordinate partner participation in industry events and ensure alignment with messaging, assets, and campaign timing
  • Support co-marketing initiatives (email, digital, content syndication, webinars) and take ownership of select campaign components such as webinar production or co-branded email builds
  • Maintain program calendars, project plans, timelines, budgets, and approvals in Asana. Track and reconcile spend to ensure alignment with budget forecasts
  • Track event and campaign performance using Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation platforms; prepare reports with insights and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Manage and prioritize partner marketing requests from sales teams; align on deliverables and develop tactical marketing plans
  • Collaborate with partner marketing contacts on deliverables, ensuring brand consistency across co-marketing activities
  • Document processes, contribute to playbooks, and recommend improvements that drive repeatability, scale, and efficiency
  • Additional duties as assigned
