  • Responding to inquiries in a pleasant manner and setting expectations for service quality
  • Building and maintaining working relationships with other departments
  • Communicating company promotions, events, and contests to Ambassadors
  • Handling complex customer service situations with minimum supervision
  • Serving as an expert for all Plexus policies and procedures
  • Utilizing Plexus systems to facilitate business support and document support provided
  • Partnering with department leadership to establish service targets and strategic initiatives
  • Exceeding service expectations by developing positive relationships
  • Delivering as promised and never compromising quality
