  • Minimum of 7 years of industry experience in SOC Architecture or similar.
  • Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • Experience with Clock domain crossing and power domain crossing
  • Understanding and experience with inter-chiplet communications
  • Experience with system management for server platforms
  • Experience of 3rd party IP integration
  • Knowledge of various interrupt behaviors
  • General knowledge for address translations

  • Leading the discussion for architectural definition of key components in the system for future generations
  • Clarify undecided features and make clear specifications to the team to march toward design goals.
  • Own Chiplet specifications for current and future generations
  • Define the architecture for system components
