  • 4+ years of experience in web/digital project management
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and project management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
  • Utilize deep knowledge and understanding of the creative and development lifecycle of enterprise-grade web/platform projects
  • Create, document, and manage project parameters including scope, schedule, budgets & statements of work
  • Manage, motivate, and ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Monitor resources, establish project plans and processes to avoid scope creep, budget overages, or efficiency issues
  • Deliver projects on time within agreed upon parameters at the highest level of quality
  • Work collaboratively with other producers and support the MDs in various administrative tasks
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress
  • Conduct regular project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-mortems
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
