  • Bachelor’s degree/College Diploma or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of prospecting success utilizing various methods of outreach, including cold-calling; targeting senior members (VP/C-level) by using a research-based approach to identify prospect needs.
  • 1+ years of experience working in a fast paced and multiple stakeholder environment.
  • Experience and comfortability with cold calling.
  • Ability to thrive in a target driven environment.
  • High attention to detail coupled with excellent articulation, communication (written/verbal) and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and target prospective Zafin customers within a geographic territory and market segment. This will be done through prospecting, emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn and networking.
  • Maintain an organized and consistently productive prospecting approach by utilizing Groove to create multiple prospecting plans of attack based on personas and Zafin’s multiple value propositions.
  • Create new prospecting email messages and phone scripts utilizing available marketing content and trends within the banking industry.
  • Track activities, meet KPIs and maintain relevant information using Salesforce.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and following up to generate meetings between Sales VP and prospects.
  • Perform online research of accounts and understand an institutions financial metrics and challenges to identify "pain points" and customized messaging.
  • Research and add new account contacts into Salesforce and maintain data integrity of 80% for your assigned addressable market.
  • Optimize other marketing programs (market research, event marketing, lead generation, partner marketing, content marketing, account-based marketing, etc.) as needed.
  • A thorough understanding that prospecting requires activity though various channels. Having a positive attitude and growth mindset are key to being successful.
  • Support your Sales team with pipeline management and deal progression.
