Role overview
DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a summer intern to join the HR team. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support in several projects within the Talent Acquisition and HR team.
Role responsibilities
- Support with an ongoing job description project, which includes updating all company job descriptions, auditing current job descriptions, and documentation of the processes.
- Support and coordination with all emerging career initiatives, including campus recruiting, career fairs, managing Handshake postings, internships, etc.
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
- Conduct research on industry trends and summarize findings.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team.
- Other projects and assignments as requested
Key requirements
- Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent college graduate.
- Majoring in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiar with recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
