Requirements
  • B.A. or equivalent degree in relevant fields such as psychology, neuroscience, computer science, or biomedical engineering
Responsibilities
  • The primary responsibilities of the scanning component of the role includes running the 3.0T MRI scanner after being trained; ensuring the safety of those being scanned; working with users in terms of scheduling scan sessions and ensuring that users understand MR safety adequately.
  • Additional responsibilities include assisting in the execution of their neuroimaging experiments; managing data transfer; providing help and support such as technological troubleshooting; and performing analysis and quality control of data collected for various projects.
  • The primary responsibilities related to working on the research studies include unsupervised collection of MRI, primary responsibility for data organization, processing, analysis; and assisting with data interpretation including manuscript preparation.
  • In addition, this occupant of this position will need to have strong technical skills to implement quality control procedures.
  • The primary responsible for this position is the operation of the MRI scanner for a variety of research studies.
  • The position is also responsible for assisting with data analysis of various types of MRI data.
  • This position is also responsible for conducting quality control measures.
Desired Qualifications
  • One year of experience working in a research lab is preferred
