ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Please provide a link to your portfolio when applying.

• Develop clickable prototypes to use as part of the product discovery process.
• Works with marketing, engineering teams on customer and internal rapid prototyping to product projects
• Conduct frequent usability testing to collect insights and iterate on ideas.
• Design intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for enterprise cloud, mobile and desktop
• Design artifacts used by the product and engineering team including, sketches, wireframes, design systems, prototypes, and final designs.
• Create design workflows to improve our ability to quickly iterate on ideas.
• Create and maintain documentation for all design initiatives
• Stay current on advancements in user centric design methodology tools and rapid deployment into products
• Create and maintain documentation for all design initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Education, Experience, Knowledge:

• 3-5 Years of experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, cognitive science or related field or equivalent demonstrable practical experience.
• Experience designing / using web builder or dashboard products
• Capable of delivering rapid prototyping using InDesign or similar tools, all the way to live prototypes with engineering
• Demonstrable ability to ship products in an agile environment.
• Excellent understanding of user-interface design for mobile and enterprise cloud
• Lives, breaths, evangelizes user centric design
• A strong portfolio demonstrating competence in mobile and cloud application design. 
• Strong graphic design skills, with a good understanding of color, typography and intuitive layouts.
• Photoshop and Adobe Creative suite is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter who can help us scale
