Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a role where they were primarily responsible for delivering training to other employees
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Ability to create modified Word Docs, Present information via PowerPoint, and using basic functions and inputting information in Excel

Responsibilities
  • Designs training simulations, interactive learning experiences, and measurement strategies to support performance objectives and enhance training effectiveness.
  • Under general supervision, manages assigned training projects using project management concepts to meet milestones and project timelines.
  • Examines and updates training materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and industry-proven best practices are instilled within the company's learning and development strategies.
  • Identifies opportunities to advance by maintaining knowledge of current trends and best practices in instructional design and eLearning technologies.
  • Implements solution implementation utilizing the Management System and production tools to track project plan and program data.
  • Communicates with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other business partners to analyze training needs and design and develop learning strategies from conception to delivery.
  • Communicates the training plan to include project budget and project plan while working with business partners as needed to ensure project goals and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Conducts quality reviews to ensure the program meets quality and design standards and to ensure solutions function in targeted key technological architecture.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and automation within the instructional design and development function.
