What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Director of Biology (PROTACs). In this role, you will lead a therapeutic program(s) and deliver on succesful discovery and clinical metrics for the program(s). You will report to the CEO, engage closely with the executive team and have significant autonomy in leading projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead therapeutic program(s) by leading target selection, managing discovery CRO relationships, Clinical Operations stakeholders and reporting to your CEO on progress
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in Clinical Development or roles directly related to the Research & Development of PROTACs programs
- Entrepreneurial mindset, experience in startup environment preferred a plus
- Deeply analytical, systems thinker, focused on finding scalable solutions
