Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a role that requires analytical problem solving, operational rigor, leadership of complex x-functional projects, outcome ownership
  • Experience in strategic management consulting and/or experience in Business Operations or Strategy roles in high growth startups
  • Prior experience in Growth function is a nice to have
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to distill and communicate complex technical concepts to a broad, diverse audience

Responsibilities
  • Identify key opportunities for business improvement through a combination of analytics, qualitative insights and good business sense
  • Lead strategic and operational projects to tackle most challenging problems within the growth organization, working alongside other growth leaders (marketing, provider sales, provider revenue and retention, and customer experience)
  • Take on projects to streamline cross functional collaboration with key stakeholders across the company (Operations, Payer, Strategic Finance, ENG, Product,...)
