Overview:Marketing Program Coordinator Intern will assist marketing managers and product market managers in development and execution of marketing plans to support company growth. Marketing coordinator will help to support the day-to-day marketing activities to support lead generation programs and the sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop an understanding of the overall concept of the company, including the brand, internal and external communications goals and all other aspects of service;
Develop a working knowledge of the assigned department
Drafts and edits written communications;
Support the sales and marketing teams including MQL analysis, material requests, presentation support, campaign analysis reporting, product go-to-market strategies.
Project entry ad management in Robohead project management system
Work collaboratively and develop skills needed to carry out day-to-day work and/or participate in departmental projects
Support current business processes and may assist with implementation of new business processes
Develop ad-hoc analysis and reports as needed for specific department strategies
Completes miscellaneous assignments as assigned
Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement
Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and
Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.

Job Requirements:

Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
Must be goal-oriented and focused
Demonstrates a growth mindset, seeks feedback often and is effective in continuous personal and professional development
Shows punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude when completing assignments.
Should possess good judgment and decision-making skills; and

A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected
An interest in social media strategy, internal communications, and public relations is a bonus

Education:

Course work towards Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to the assigned department.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time);
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;
Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally, usually for training purposes.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Inovalon, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Base Compensation Range

$17.02—$20 USD
