Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Associate will be responsible for assisting Bear Robotics’ sales team with day to day operations tasks while working towards continuous process improvement and performance metrics tracking. This role will report into the business operations team which is responsible for cross functional processes bridging sales, marketing, finance and strategy.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales, finance, and field robotics engineer team with contract advancement
- Monitor and report on customer pipeline
- Perform analysis on sales and marketing data to develop insights into key KPIs, such as cost of customer acquisition (CAC) and customer lifetime value
- Act as a sales, marketing, sales ops & strategy liaison to communicate areas for continuous improvement
- Assist with market research and benchmarking
- Maintain productive and collaborative business relationships with departments and individuals who use or contribute to key sales processes.
- Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of sales process systems/process improvements as needed.
- Knowledgeable in Bear Robotics CRM systems (including, but not limited to Salesforce, Netsuite etc.) and data flows
- Perform analysis of data in regards to trends and help to support forecast of various commercial transactions.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with sales and marketing processes
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytics, quantitative, and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Advanced MS Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with NetSuite
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio
- Experience with SQL, VBA, Google Scripts
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience
