Requirements
  • - Pursuing a degree in technical writing, computer science, or a related field.
  • - Familiarity with Markdown, JSON, text editors, and source code repositories (experience with GitHub preferred).
  • - Strong ability to write clear and effective technical content tailored for developer audiences.
  • - Able to work independently and cross-functionally, with the capacity to quickly learn new skills.
  • - Comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • - Knowledge of technical writing standards and familiarity with common style guides.
  • - Familiarity with Chatbots or Natural Language Processing is a plus.
  • - Familiarity with the command line is a plus.
  • - Experience and expertise in SEO is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Documentation Team in creating clear and informative content that educates users on Workato's features and functionality.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other team members to gather functional details and obtain technical reviews for documentation.
  • Contribute to the improvement of existing documentation by providing valuable feedback and recommendations.
  • Participate in team initiatives to establish style and process guidelines for documentation creation.
  • Occasionally contribute to internal documentation and provide input into tool and usability decisions.
