As part of the Regional Digital team, the Digital Marketing Manager (reporting to the Digital Marketing Senior Manager, EMEA ANZ) will be leading the digital media strategy for 2 of our main brands in the EMEA ANZ region: DEWALT® and STANLEY®, with a strong focus on Paid Media and ensuring a clear alignment with the strategic vision defined by the Digital Marketing Senior Manager.
The ideal candidate must be familiar with the current digital landscape and well versed and hands-on in the paid media fundamentals (Display, Video, Search, Social) and platforms (Google, Meta, Programmatic, Amazon), being able to manage day-to-day planning and cross-team coordination between the central digital agency and the local digital marketing teams.

STRATEGY
- Developing the digital media strategy in top markets in alignment with the strategic direction defined by the Digital Marketing Senior Manager. This strategy will follow the media principles defined in the company.
- Closely collaborate with the Digital Marketing Senior Manager ensuring your brands:
- Follow the same strategic direction to evolve within the Digital Transformation roadmap defined.
- Have a Test & Learn roadmap defined with new scenarios to identify what works best for your brands, sharing results and insights across your off-scope brands to continue shaping and fine tuning our media strategy.
- Continue finetuning the learnings, insights and definition of media target audiences across channels.
- Define annual media goals for these 2 brands.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to provide strategic directions for campaigns (Sales, CRM, Brand...).
PLAN, EXECUTE AND MEASURE PERFORMANCE OF CAMPAIGNS
- Brief digital agency on the different campaigns to get media plan and media strategy recommendations by market.
- Owning agency-central team communications around digital media plan development, review, approval and implementation for your brands.
- Participate and lead in the day-to-day operational communication and tasks around campaign setup, optimization and reporting.
- Ensure key information is provided to the team regarding local market issues, external agency issues, changes in campaign status, etc.
- Managing campaign budgets, tracking and reporting as per internal processes and assisting financial monthly forecasts and spent reconciliation where needed.
- Monitoring and assessing ongoing campaign performance; assisting in strategic analysis of campaigns.
- Review and feedback on performance reports during the campaign live period, ensuring campaign performance it’s optimised to its optimal level.
- Review and feedback on campaign close out reports, helping communicate key insights and recommendations to the local markets.
- Work with Analytics Manager on the development, launch and education of campaign dashboards.
- Analyse campaigns across brands and markets in order to compile learnings and insights that will feed into our overall media strategy for the region.
CROSS COLLABORATION WITH THE CENTRAL DIGITAL TEAM
- Collaborate with the Regional Digital Marketing Manager who specialises in Google Search on the search strategy and search optimizations. Campaigns have to be aligned with the search strategy.
- Work very closely with the Regional Sr Manager who specialises in campaign management to plan all campaigns for DEWALT® and STANLEY® across the region ensuring that campaigns are launched on time.
- Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator on the integration of product web reviews as part of the campaign strategy.
- Work closely with the Analytics Manager to ensure that all of your campaigns have pixels/events set up properly.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree related with Advertising, Marketing or Economics, with 5-7 years of experience working in digital planning
- Proficiency in English (C1-C2) which will be assessed in an interview by the hiring managers. All of your communications will be in English (written, verbal).
- Strong presentation skills , including great skills in developing presentations in Powerpoint.
- Strong analytic thinking and solutions oriented.
- Eager to learn, take initiative and good understanding of dealing with different cultures/markets
We think you’re awesome if you:
- Are familiar with main media buying platforms: Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok others (DSPs, etc.).
- Have online media planning knowledge and a solid understanding of Brand and Performance media fundamentals (KPIs, measurement & attribution, audience targeting, etc.).
- You are independent, with a strong sense of urgency and eye for detail.
- You are a doer, with a strong passion in digital and very eager to keep learning and drive continuous improvement.
- Know main digital disciplines and have advanced technical expertise on: Display, Video, SEM and PPC, Social and Programmatic. Expertise in data-drive marketing and solid knowledge of Google Analytics and familiarity with Google Tag Manager and other tracking tools.
- Have legal and Compliance Awareness: Thorough understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations
- Develop performance reports that are clear, compelling and persuasive.
- Have a good eye for detail and are comfortable working with different data elements to get insights from that inform a media strategy.
- Have advanced Stakeholder management skills: communicating digital marketing strategies, insights and results to senior leadership.
- Are a good storyteller: able to express oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications.
- Writes in a clear, compelling and concise manner.
- Organises ideas and information logically and sequentially.
