Working toward an advanced degree (MS or PHD), preferably in Statistics, Physical Sciences, Computer Science, Economics, or a related technical field
Experience using data and statistics to solve complex business problems
Ability to clearly communicate complex results to technical experts, business partners, and executives
Proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R
Outstanding spreadsheet, data analysis and problem solving skills
Ability to foster collaborative relationships with cross functional teams
Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and partner with different teams

Design fraud org clustering tool with graphic tool and graphic database and perform linkage analysis with email, device, phone number and IP data to detect fraud rings and repeated fraudsters
Achieving data science and analysis goals set by you and your mentor
Learning about Bill.com, both the product and the company
Working and socializing with the other interns as well as full-timers

Desired Qualifications

Experience with ML modeling techniques across a range of problem spaces is a plus

Mission:

Our Risk Analytics and Data Science team is growing! Were looking for an exceptional intern to join us and help use data to shape the future direction of our products and to drive the growth of our business. You'll work with a team of product analysts and data scientists who work closely with the Product Management, Engineering, and Design teams at Bill.com.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:
